If you're traveling over the holidays, keeping to your exercise routine might not be easy. Owner and trainer Scott Keppel has some tips.

February Update:

February brings Valentine's Day and that means love is in the air. Show your Love to those less educated on how to work out and send them our way. So are you sick of all the new members at your gym? Are you finding that individuals do not know that when a towel is left by a piece of equipment, it means you're super-setting and you'll be back? I know, as avid gym goers (as many of you are) the beginning of the year can be frustrating. I ask you to help STS help those individuals that do not know proper gym etiquette, rather than curse them under your breath (actually aloud for some of you).

Donation Drive:

  • To show our love to those less fortunate STS is collecting old toys and clothing items. Drop them off to the studio and you can enter your name to win a gift card for to the movies for you and a loved one. We will donate them to local charities for you.

Referral Program:

  • The next time you see one of these lonely souls, give them one of our cards (we have plenty to give you) or give them or website address (www.ScottsTrainingSytems.com) and make sure they know your name. If they enroll for personal training with us you will receive $50. Just make sure they know your name and we'll present you with $50 the next time we see you.
  • You will also be entered to win a Polar heart rate monitor, a month supply of multivitamins and efa's along with a Travel trainer (no it's not one of us that you can take with you, it's a ball, bands, and a mat) and a training session.

Upcoming Competitions:

  • For those of you who are interested in bodybuilding, figure, fitness, and biking competitions: February 6th there is an NPC show in Tucson. In March there will be a show in Mesa and one in Sierra Vista.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • First, call to schedule an Orientation (Don’t forget to mention your Complimentary, 14-day pass).
  • Once you’ve completed the Orientation you will be assigned to a 45-minute FUNDAMENTALS OR EXTREME WHOOPIN’ class (which ever best fits your fitness level).
  • Finally, you will arrange your monthly schedule, choosing from unlimited morning, afternoon and evening sessions that works best for you.
