STS are the official trainers for the Weight Loss Institute of Arizona and we are the winning trainers for all 3 years of Channel 3’s (“3TV”) “Weight Loss Challenge. We know how to help people lose weight! We partner with clients that are willing to put the past behind them and start living a healthier lifestyle today. Our goal is to get you away from dieting and focused on a healthy way of living.
We realize taking the first step and deciding to change your life can be scary and overwhelming. We appreciate your trust in us with your weight loss goals and will be by your side throughout the journey. By keeping the number of trainers limited in each of our studios, you can exercise in an environment you are comfortable in.
Timeframes are dependent on your goal, starting point and effort you are willing to put in. We facilitate a consultation with every client when they start with us to discuss these factors, determine a timeframe and action plan that is achievable for you. We believe a realistic goal is to lose 1 to 3 pounds of fat per week and .5 to 1% of body fat per week. We also find that the more you have to lose, the faster it will come off (which also means that as you get closer to your goal, it may come off slower). We will set up weekly, monthly and long term goals along with regular check points to ensure you are on track.
