Scott Keppel has been in the fitness industry over ten years and is respected by many as being one of the top trainers in the nation. Not exclusive to clients in bodybuilding, figure, fitness, bikini and pageant competitions, Scott also specializes in weight loss, general fitness, and pre/post natal training. Knowing how to customize exercise routines and meal plans for each client’s fitness goal(s) allows him to train individuals both in person and online.
Online training programs are designed for each individual based on their specific goal(s) and monitored via emails and phone consultations. Using the Internet allows Scott to touch the lives of individuals even when they are unable to actually train together. Scott does recommend online training for those that are truly dedicated. You must email and/or call Scott on a weekly basis in order to stay on track. Emailing weekly pictures along with your food and exercise logs are the best way to utilize this service. As an online client one should expect their questions answered within 24 hours of submission.

The Competition System
12-WEEK PLAN- $399

This program is for an individual looking to compete in a bodybuilding, figure, fitness, biking, fitness model, competition or a pageant. Typically a 12-week plan, some may need more time while others may already be close to competition condition. This is where Scott’s expertise and honest opinion are crucial. Realizing that not only is misinforming a client on the amount of prep time unethical for him, it is also Scott’s name associated with each client and his goal is to help each client achieve the best possible physique they can.
If you are unsure about how much time you need to get ready for a show you can contact Scott directly at scott@scottstrainingsystems.com for a FREE ASSESSMENT. This program consists of a resistance training routine, cardio schedule, nutritional plan, and supplement recommendations based on each person’s body and goal. These are monitored weekly and will be modified as needed.

This program, much like the other, is monitored weekly via exercise and food logs along with pictures. The goal here is not only to help individuals shed unwanted pounds, but educate on proper nutrition and exercise so the weight can be kept off.
Scott is not about a "quick" fix and feels it is important for individuals to understand how the body works as it relates to losing fat, water, building muscle the difference between the weight you have that is from fat and the weight from lean mass. Individuals will receive weekly tips and recipes to help them stay focused.

Competing in an amateur bodybuilding competition has always been one of personal goals; I came across Scott Training Systems (STS) and found the medium that would make it possible. I am generally a well rounded active person, I am runner, swimmer, and weight trainer, but I wanted to take it to the next level. I knew that STS would take me to new heights! The funny thing is that initially I didn’t realize that we were 450 miles apart (STS is based in Phoenix, AZ and I was in Albuquerque, NM). Scott explained that he has worked with clients via computer several times and that it would not be a problem. He was right-over a period of 3 months, countless emails, and some phone calls we made it possible.
When all was said and done I competed in the OCB Natural Southwest Classic and placed in the top three in two categories. Over the entire process I found that Scott was always on top of his game-he provided a game plan that included a customized diet and workout split. As time passed he monitored my diet, changed up my split when necessary, and critiqued my posing always providing helpful tips. If I had any questions on my diet or posing he was quick to respond. I felt both confident and comfortable entering multiple categories in the OCB competition and it was due to the personal training oversight that was provided. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end and I would do it all over again! Any one wanting to make a positive change in their life whether it is competing in an amateur bodybuilding competition or just generally wanting to feel healthier I would work with STS.
