Golf - TPI certified

Scott’s Training Systems offers golf specific training which helps develop increased flexibility, strength and endurance. Consistent workouts will also increase range of motion and reduce the risk of injury.

Each golf specific client will go through an extensive Titleist Performance Institute strength and flexibility screening process. Each exercise program is based on the results from this screen and other fitness needs an individual possesses.

By implementing exercises from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and other certifications, we help clients achieve their optimal health and fitness. Our golf specific program covers proper stretching, personalized exercises, and nutritional suggestions.

Another tool STS uses for golf specific clients is the Power Plate.

The Power Plate works by transferring vibrations to muscles, enabling them to contract up to 50 times per second in a reflex action. Apart from building strength, performing dynamic stretching movements on the Power Plate can help improve range of motion.

While you may not think diet plays an important role in golf training, STS believes it does. STS will create a meal plan to help you get rid of the excess weight (more specifically around the belly) if need be which will help with your swing. STS will also help you figure out what you should eat the day and night before a big golf match and how to stay properly hydrated and fueled the day of for peak performance.
