Another tool TPI Certified Fitness Professional Wes Titcomb uses for golf specific clients is the Power Plate. The Power Plate works by transferring vibrations to muscles, enabling them to contract up to 50 times per second in a reflex action. Apart from building strength, performing dynamic stretching movements on the Power Plate can help improve range of motion
