Scott Keppel is a natural body builder who has placed in the top five in each of his five shows. In 2002 he placed 1st in the lightweight novice class and 2nd in the open lightweight class at the Arizona Copper Classic in Sierra Vista. In 2003 he placed 2nd in the open tall class as well as the novice class at the Nevada State show in Laughlin. He also placed 2nd in the America's Natural show held in Laughlin. In September of 2004 he placed 5th in the open medium class at the ANBC show in Phoenix. In October 2005 Scott placed 3rd in open lightweight at the Battle of Swords in Pittsburg, PA. Scott also placed 1st place at the INBF Muscle Showdown in Phoenix this October.

Not only has Scott competed, but he has trained several other bodybuilding competitors using his unique bodybuidling system. In 2007, Neal Griffin in his first year of competition took the overall trophy at the March ABA's Copper Classic. The following year, Neal's biggest competition in 2007 Tyler Mayer won the overall at the same show! Joe Rollins, Rick Bailey, Adam Downs, Teal Norman, and Joe Jacobson have also competed with Scott's aid and have all placed in the top 5 and several have one their repsective class(es).

Scott will design the workout that will attack your weak areas, while making sure your strengths continue to grow. He will also create a specific meal plan, exercise plan, and posing routine for each individual to ensure you look your best on competition day.
