March Events 2009 Update

March 09 has passed and STS is stronger than ever! I would personally like to thank you all for your continued support! Looking forward, in April we will be featured on Fox 10, 3 TV, be holding more seminars and will keep the momentum going toward changing people's lives! I am blessed to have such an amazing team of trainers and the hardest working, non-complaining, always on time, never late canceling clients one could ask for. (Ok, maybe I stretched it a bit, but sincerely thank you!) » Read all the details of our March updates here!

OCB Arizona Natural August 30th, 2008

Team STS is proud to announce that at this year’s OCB bodybuilding/figure show we brought home over 20 trophies, 2 overall trophies, and 3 best poser awards! In his third show of the year Joe Rollins came in tighter and more prepared than the previous three. In a very competitive men’s bodybuilding show, Joe still walked away with two top 5 trophies and the best poser award!   »Read More

July, 2008: NPC USAs

After a year of competing across the nation Robyne Roveccio-Palmer's last two weeks ended with a 1st place finish in Masters Tall and 2nd in her open division in L.A. and then another strong showing at the USA's in Vegas. Robyne has taken this past year to take her already amazing figure and put on the quality muscle that was need to compete at the national level. With even more quality size next year and the same level of conditioning as this year we are hoping to see Robyne place even better in 09!

Scott's Training Systems is also proud of our team member, Katie Coles. In her first national show at the USA's in Vegas, Katie came away with a top 10 finish! Great job, Katie!

June 28th, 2008: Max Muscle NPC Arizona

Scott's Training Systems is proud to recognize those competitors that represented team STS on June 28th. Teal Norman, came in better than ever, dropping 20 lbs since March and close to 60 lbs in less than 7 months! Mindy Woodyard in her 3rd fitness/figure competition came in with more muscle than last season and even after battling a sickness and traveling to Asia just a couple weeks ago placed 2nd in a very competitive fitness class. Late entry Susan Bailey (she decided to do the show 5 days out!) came in with a tight (maybe too tight for some, but she sure looked great) and placed 4th in masters and 3rd in open A. Trish Velasquez in her first show with team STS and her 3rd show in a year placed 3rd in junior masters and 5th in open C. Both Trish and Susan had some of the best conditioned legs on stage that night and with a little more size in the shoulders, Trish will continue to do well. Last but not least, Shelby Bennett in her 2nd show this season and for that matter, ever! Placed 2nd in a very tough E class. Fighting wilderness fires all summer, she still found time to train and diet down for the show.

Great job team and keep your eyes open for August 30th when team STS brings their A game to the OCB show in Tempe!

Team STS - NPC June 2008

June 14th, 2008: OCB

Neal Griffin stole the show yet again! Competing in his first OCB bodybuilding show Neal bested 40 other competitors to claim the Overall trophy! Coming in with more muscle mass and better conditioning Neal won his second overall in just as many years. Last year in March Neal won the overall at the ABA's Copper Classic held in Sierra Vista, Arizona and June of 08 he took the overall in Albuquerque, New Mexico at OCB's Natural Southwest classic.

We are proud to have such a great natural competitor on our team and can't wait to see what the future has in store for this great competitor! Congratulations Neal, you worked hard for all you have accomplished!

Congratulations to STS client, Kimberly Joiner, on winning Miss Arizona and representing our great state at the recent Miss USA. While we did not win the pageant, our state could not have had a more beautiful woman (both inside and out) to represent us!
